20" BIG BLUE WATER FILTER 25 MICRON CARTRIDGE
This 20" water filter cartridge is a cotton sediment filter. Wound thread filter cartridges are a standard as heavy-duty sediment filter to remove scale, sand, lime, rust and other fines for filtration and pre-filtration in residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and other specialized applications. The inner core is made rigid and with particular solutions to achieve the maximum rigidity. These water cartridges are made to comply with the most stringent regulations for applications in drinking water.
These filter cartridges are suitable for the 20" Filter Housing.
Applications:
- Filtration of: sand, scale, lime, rust, fine particles.
- Domestic use: filtration of drinking water, protection of taps, boilers, washing machines and other installations.
- Technical use: pre-filtration for water-pumps, irrigations systems, protection of industrial installations; filtration of water and other liquids in industrial applications: chemical, petrochemical, photographical, electroplating, pharmaceutical.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
