PL250 EFFLUENT FILTER
The PL250 effluent filter is designed for residential waste flows up to 11,400 litres per day. It has 250 linear feet of 1/16' filter slots. It is designed to fit a septic tank outlet pipe. This filter can be supplied with or without the handle.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
