Hytek Automatic Diesel Nozzle
Budget Automatic fuel pump nozzles automatically shuts off the flow when the tank is full. Suitable for use with electric pump systems with max delivery of 120 litres per minute (depending on model). Suitable for use with diesel or biodiesel up to B30.
Specification:
- Only suitable with diesel or biodiesel up to B30.
- Automatically shuts-off the flow of fuel when vehicle tank is full.
- 3 position stay open latch.
- C/w 1” BSPF swivel inlet.
- Max. pressure 50 psi (3.5 bar).
- Auto 60 - 20-60 lpm
- Auto 120 - 20-120 lpm
- For use with electric pumps only.
- Reducing bush available to make inlet swivel 3/4” BSPF (BSH.4.3A).
- Nozzle spout for Noza 60 25mm & Noza 120 29mm
NB: This nozzle is not suitable for use with gravity fed systems as there is insufficient pressure.

Irish regulations
Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
